Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The role involves promoting telecom products to customers in the UAE including postpaid SIM cards home broadband (eLife) and business solutions. If youre enthusiastic persuasive and targetdriven we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential UAEbased customers
- Promote telecom products and explain benefits clearly
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Handle queries and provide accurate information
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Follow up with leads to close sales
- Record all interactions and updates in the CRM
- Stay informed on latest product features and promotions
- Collaborate with the team for collective success
Requirements
- 1 years of telesales or customerfacing sales experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
- Confident persuasive and resultoriented
- Familiar with basic computer operations and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive attitude and readiness to work in a targetdriven setup
