Our client is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to support their team with the following responsibilities:
- Conduct initial screenings for potential candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including document preparation and filing
- Coordinate and schedule preemployment assessments and background checks
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Perform other HR administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- 2 Recruiting cordinator exeperience
- CST time zone is preffered
- Experience working for a manufacturing company is ideal
- Demonstrated experience with highvolume recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
