Operations Support: Assist with employee onboarding maintaining documentation and supporting the team with adminrelated needs to create a seamless employee experience.
IT & Systems Support: Be a point of contact for minor IT or system issues coordinating with IT support providers to ensure staff have the tools they need.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to SR managers including calendar management meeting coordination preparing basic reports or presentations and other general admin tasks.
Culture & Engagement Support: Assist in organising internal events staff recognition and other activities that contribute to a positive team culture.
Compliance & Records Management: Help maintain business records and compliance documentation including support for WHS and general policy upkeep.

Organised & Proactive: Youre someone who takes initiative can juggle multiple tasks and keeps things running smoothly without needing to be asked twice.
Supportive & PeopleFocused: You enjoy being the goto person for help and contribute to a friendly supportive workplace.
TechComfortable: Confident with common software tools and able to help troubleshoot daytoday IT or system issues.
Great Communicator: Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
