Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Stockholm Sweden. As a Technical Product Owner you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders ensuring the successful delivery of highquality software products.
- Define and maintain the product backlog ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical constraints
- Collaborate closely with development teams stakeholders and endusers to gather and prioritize requirements
- Create and refine features user stories acceptance criteria and product roadmaps.
- Knowledge of C and Java programming skills.
- Drive the release/iteration planning review retrospective and workshops
- Make informed decisions on product features and prioritization based on data and user feedback
- Communicate product vision goals and progress to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts between business needs and technical limitations
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
- Ability to work three days in the office
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 35 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrum and Kanban
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent technical understanding of software development processes and best practices
- Proven track record of successful product deliveries in a fastpaced environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Experience in creating and managing product backlogs user stories and acceptance criteria
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in product development
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
- Scrum Product Owner certification is preferred
- Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being decisive when needed
- Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
