Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customerfocused Lounge Host to join our team in Glasgow United Kingdom. As a Lounge Host you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience in our exclusive lounge facilities.
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Provide exceptional customer service anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
- Serve food and beverages maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Keep the lounge area clean tidy and wellstocked at all times
- Process guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Monitor and replenish buffet items as needed
- Adhere to all health safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy for operating pointofsale systems and guest databases
- Knowledge of food and beverage service practices
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food hygiene certificate is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- A smart and wellgroomed appearance
- UK Work Permit
