We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer to design implement and optimize performance testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance engineering principles testing tools and agile methodologies. This role involves working with crossfunctional teams to ensure application performance scalability and reliability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5 years of experience in Performance Engineering or Testing roles.
Expertise in LoadRunner JMeter and other performance testing tools.
Handson experience with APM tools like Dynatrace New Relic or AppDynamics.
Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes OpenShift and containerized environments.
Strong understanding of CI/CD processes Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Selfmotivated with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Testing & Engineering:
Design and execute performance tests using LoadRunner JMeter or similar tools.
Analyze application performance issues and provide optimization recommendations.
Utilize APM tools such as Dynatrace New Relic or AppDynamics to monitor system performance.
Continuous Integration & Agile Practices:
Implement performance testing strategies in CI/CD pipelines to support continuous improvement.
Work within Agile/DevOps environments collaborating with development teams to integrate performance testing.
Containerization & Cloud Technologies:
Work with Docker Kubernetes and OpenShift for testing applications in containerized environments.
Ensure performance testing strategies align with modern cloudnative architectures.
Collaboration & ProblemSolving:
Partner with Product Owners and Scrum teams to define performance requirements and assess system capabilities.
Review iteration plans test scope and deliverables to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of software development experience in Golang Python Java or JavaScript.
Exposure to product lifecycle management (PLM) and risk assessment frameworks.
Experience in crossteam collaboration and innovationdriven performance improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
8 years of industry experience preferred with at least 5 years in performance testing.

A combination of relevant experience certifications and military service may be considered in lieu of a degree.
