About the client:
Our client is a leading technology company that specialises in AIdriven solutions in Graphic designing.
Position Overview:
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Engineering to lead their engineering team in San Francisco and Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technology and a proven track record of successful enterprise account management and Business Development. They will also possess excellent stakeholder and team management skills to drive the growth and success of their engineering department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and products
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering department
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements
- Stay uptodate with the latest AI technologies and trends to drive innovation within the company
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress and updates effectively
- Mentor and develop team members providing opportunities for growth and career advancement
- Ensure the engineering team adheres to best practices and coding standards to maintain highquality products
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in AI technology and enterprise account management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience in team management mentoring and developing technical talent
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
