You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Manager Growth Products & Partnerships is responsible help to shape and execute on growth initiatives and projects with strategic global accounts in Latin America and the Caribbean. This includes understanding both Visa and our partners capabilities needs and goals and driving towards successful outcomes which could come in the form of deal new product or market launches solutioning and pilots growing existing business lines or other strategic priorities. The role requires an ambitious payments professional with product and commercial acumen and interest strong communication and analytical skills and ability to work independently to drive forward priorities initiatives.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
6 years of experience in operating and business development roles across companies in fintech payments and financial services
Corporate strategy financial services or payments industry experience preferred
Demonstrated track record of planning managing and closing a complex competitive sales effort and managing deals from negotiation to closing and through delivery
Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives policies and operational decisions
Corporate strategy financial services or payments industry experience preferred
Strategic thinking and thought leadership
Teamwork interpersonal & relationshipbuilding skills and ability to lead by influence and example
Proven ability to partner communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
Experience managing up building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations
Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment and to influence senior management and other relevant parties
Executive presence strong written and oral communication including large group presentations
Global experience (ex. Asia) preferred
Team oriented collaborative diplomatic and flexible
