Position: Account Development Manager (ADR)
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager Inflammation Business Unit (IBU)
Grade Level: 04
Location: Northern Ontario
Lets do this. Lets change the world. The IBU ADR is a key role mandated to establish and grow the Rheumatology Dermatology and Gastroenterology institutional account base with the Amgen IBU portfolio. The IBU ADR is charged with establishing and building impactful and successful relationships both with strategic partners and the key operational and financial rheum/derm/gastro account customer account base. Critical to success will be the ability to forge value added relationships with senior level decision makers and influencers. The goal is to establish Amgen Canada as a key partner in patient care aligned with the customers values and their strategic organizational mission/goals. This will require proven strategic expertise focus on business development and the ability to orchestrate internal/field resources around major account opportunities while engaging cross functionally and independently as needed.
