Job Description
At Ibis Styles Sydney Central we are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a fulltime basis. This is the perfect opportunity for a night owl who is guest obsessed has an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
In this role you will:
- Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
- Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful clear information.
- Deliver exceptional guest service during checkin checkout and throughout the night.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
- Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and everchanging environment
- Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise
- Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule
- Valid Australian working rights
