This individual will also help lead the schools efforts to create a positive structured consistent caring and disciplined school culture.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is between $19.19 per hour to $24.80 per hour. Most candidates who meet job description requirements will receive an offer of $19.19 $20.76 per hour.
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional development education certifications and tenure with Uncommon Schools.
