Position Overview
The Team LeadProfessional Services will independently manage complex projects oversee deliverables allocate resources effectively and collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless . The ideal candidate is a solutionoriented tinkerer with deep knowledge of test automation frameworks and a strong emphasis on project management. This role requires a proactive leader who can deliver highquality outcomes while fostering innovation and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Independently plan execute and monitor
projects ensuring timely delivery of highquality deliverables within
scope and budget. Resource Allocation: Strategically assign resources to optimize team
performance and meet project objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to align on project
goals integrate feedback and ensure seamless communication across
departments.

Deliverable Oversight: Review and ensure the quality of project
deliverables maintaining alignment with client expectations and
company standards. Test Automation Expertise: Leverage indepth knowledge of test
automation frameworks to guide technical implementation and
troubleshoot issues. ProblemSolving: Act as a solutionoriented leader proactively
identifying challenges and implementing creative effective solutions. Innovation and Tinkering: Experiment with new tools frameworks and
processes to enhance project outcomes and drive continuous
improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients and
internal stakeholders to manage expectations provide updates and
ensure satisfaction. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members fostering a
collaborative and highperforming team culture.
Qualifications
Experience: o 7 years of experience in project management professional
services or a related field. o Proven track record of independently managing endtoend
projects in a technology or testing environment. o Handson experience with test automation frameworks including
but not limited to:
Selenium: For web application testing across multiple
browsers.

Cucumber: For BehaviorDriven Development (BDD) using
Gherkin syntax.
WebdriverIO: For JavaScriptbased web and mobile testing. Appium: For automating native hybrid and mobile web
apps on iOS and Android. Calabash: For BDDstyle mobile app testing. Eggplant: For user experience testing using imagebased
automation. Cypress: For modern web application testing with fast
. TestNG: For Javabased unit and functional testing. JUnit: For Java unit testing. SpecFlow: For .NETbased BDD testing. Robot Framework: For keyworddriven acceptance testing. Katalon Studio: For integrated web mobile and API testing.
Technical Skills: o Strong proficiency in scripting languages with a preference for
Python or Java. o Expertise in the test automation frameworks listed above. o Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile
methodologies. o Ability to collaborate with technical teams on codelevel
discussions when necessary.
Project Management Skills: o Expertise in project planning resource allocation and risk
management.

o Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS
Project or similar).
o PMP Scrum Master or equivalent certification is a plus.
Soft Skills: o Solutionoriented mindset with a passion for problemsolving
and innovation. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with
diverse stakeholders. o Leadership ability to inspire and guide a team toward common
goals.
o Curiosity and a tinkerer mindset eager to explore new tools and
technologies. o Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science Engineering or
a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a
plus.
