A healthcare facility near Mount Vernon OR is searching for a Director of Nursing to join their team!
Pay: $44.00 $69.00/ hourly
$20000 Retention Bonus Included!!
Director of Nursing Job Details:
- Fulltime direct hire opportunity
- Setting: Long Term Care Center
- Shift: Monday Friday 85 On call
- Director of Nursing will supervise all nursing staff RCM RA and activities departments. Handles all the supervisory duties for the nursing services. Complete the work schedules delegate assignments assign tasks and evaluate job performance as well as disciplining employees who do not fulfill their job requirements or provide adequate nursing services care.
- Director of Nursing will Set goals and standards for the nursing services and hold regular staff meetings which they provide communication and direction which leads to discussion for areas for improvement.
Director of Nursing Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN)
- Must have at least six months in a nursing facility
- Must complete 30 continuing education hours pertinent to nursing administration every two years.
- Oregon RN Licensure
- One year of Leadership experience
- One year of LongTerm experience (preferred)
