Location:
Germantown WI (LLC Support) ManagementESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage and respond to incoming requests from customers (primarily internal some external)
Diagnose and determine needs by asking appropriate questions
Requests may include but are not limited to:
Report generation and analysis
Coordination of new account setup changes &/or customer master information changes
Quote/bid requests
Coordination of customer credit review or other ordertocash process requests
Coordinate and manage elements of the business proposal process (RFP) such as:
Assist in the development and approach to bid responses and bid packages
Oversee final assembly and delivery of RFP to customer
Publish files according to SOP
Coordinate deliverables between stakeholders for proposals presentations and data/survey analysis
Communicate with key stakeholders (internal and external) share information as needed and provide timely progress reports on outstanding requests
Promote adoption of best practices within the Business Management Team that are in alignment with Strategic Account profitability goals
Identify and communicate process improvement areas
Responsible for aiding in own selfdevelopment by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company
Maintain documentation of and development of processes
Special or other duties as assigned
Required Education:
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Required Length & Type of Experience:
Bachelors degree or combination of up to one year inside sales customer service or relevant Airgas/industry experience required
Knowledge of industrial medical and specialty gasses welding and safety products a plus
Intermediate Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience required with an emphasis in Excel or Google Sheets preferred
Prior experience manipulating datasets and analyzing data from multiple sources preferred
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrates the ability to prioritize multitask and manage time
Organized selfmotivated resourceful proactive individual that is comfortable working both independently and as a team member taking ownership for assigned work
Outstanding work ethic; driven to meet critical deadlines in a fastpaced environment by managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
Ability to interact with and take direction from all levels of the Strategic Account team including management the sales field and other members of the SA Business Management Team
