Now were looking for a Senior Manager of Acquisition Marketing to join our growing Fiber team and help us lead the next wave of growth in residential broadband.

This is a highimpact leadership role owning endtoend acquisition strategyfrom offer development and pricing to segmentation planning and performance management. This role is a Hybrid work environment with three days in the office

What Youll Do

As our Senior Manager Acquisition Marketing youll be the force behind new customer growth for TMobiles Consumer Fixed Wireless portfolio. Youll:

  • Own the acquisition strategy across postpaid and prepaid broadband segments including promotional planning pricing strategy segment targeting and channel optimization.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning aligned to daring customer growth targets optimizing for customer load mix and Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC).
  • Partner closely with finance operations integrated marketing product and analytics teams to create compelling and differentiated value propositions that drive customer conversion.
  • Analyze business performance and market dynamics to see opportunities respond to competitive threats and drive accelerated growthboth nationally and in hyperlocal markets.
  • Create run and refine promotional offer portfolios based on performance data competitive intel and evolving customer needs.
  • Champion innovation collaboration and resultsdriven marketing by coaching a highperforming team with a growth mindset.

The Experience Youll Bring

Were looking for a datadriven strategic thinker with a bold entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to lead in a fastpaced highstakes environment.

  • 7 years of progressive experience in commercial functions (e.g. Pricing FP&A Portfolio Management Analytics Corporate Strategy).
  • 2 years of experience leading highperforming acquisition teams.
  • Deep expertise in Residential Broadband (FWA Fiber MSO ILEC etc. with shown success scaling multibilliondollar portfolios.
  • Full P&L ownership experience with a strong financial acumen and comfort in presenting to the Csuite regularly.
  • Strong analytical skills and a datafirst mindset; able to translate insights into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skillswritten verbal and executivelevel presentation.
  • Ability to influence and lead crossfunctional teams through collaboration vision and strategic .

Base Pay Range: $121700 $219700

Corporate Bonus Target: 20

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
