- Minimum 5years of working experience in Sales.
- Comfortable with Calicut location.
- Need candidates from Building Material.
Position Sr. ASM Area Sales Manager

Working location Ranchi
This would be a team handling role reporting to the Branch Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
1 Sales target achievement Ensures achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated areas
2 Responsible for leading a team of SEs/SOs (Sales Executives) to drive sales in the designated area
3 Relationship management ASM will be responsible for maintaining relationship with all the key stakeholders Dealers/Retailers & Influencer (AID/DMI) with the help of his team
4 Responsible for regular market visit in order to guide frontline sales team & also to maintain connect with the stakeholders
5 People management Responsible for reviewing training coaching & mentoring the front line sales team
6 Feedback & grievance redressal of the major stakeholders (Dealer/Retailers/AID/DMI)
