About the role
The HR Operations Specialist will play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience by overseeing a variety of HR initiatives. This position involves supporting and enhancing HR functions ensuring that company policies are effectively implemented and providing employees with the guidance and support they need throughout their journey. By collaborating across teams the HR Operations Specialist will help create a smooth efficient and engaging workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Support Assist in daily HR functions and provide handson support for HRrelated topics such as leaves compensation benefits and policies to ensure smooth processes.
- Employee Records Management Compile update and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- HR Policies and Procedures Assist in developing communicating and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals and ensure consistency across the company.
- Reporting and Analysis Prepare and maintain detailed reports on personnel activities and track key HR metrics such as hiring attrition turnover retention and performance indicators.
- Training and Development Identify training needs develop aligned programs and organize sessions while evaluating their effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Payroll Support Assist in payroll processing and work with finance to ensure accuracy.
- Compliance and Legal Support Ensure adherence to labor laws regulations and internal policies.
- Training & Development Create customized training onthejob learning and mentorship to help employees and interns develop skills and integrate into the company culture.
Skills Required:
- HR Systems and Technology Proficiency: Expertise in HR software including HRIS payroll and performance management tools.
- Attention to Detail: Managing sensitive data legal compliance and employee benefits with precision.
- Compliance and Legal Knowledge: Ensuring adherence to labor laws tax regulations and company policies for legal compliance.
- Communication and ProblemSolving: Effective communication skills for resolving employee concerns and clarifying HR policies.
- Training and Development: Identifying skill gaps and coordinating training programs to support employee growth and development.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in HR operations payroll management training & development and employee engagement.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes labor laws and payroll systems training and development programs.
