Will serve as a Business Systems Analyst with over 12 years of experience. Responsibilities include solving business problems defining business architecture optimizing processes developing business rules and cases gathering requirements supporting organizational change (including communications) and managing user acceptance testing (UAT). The role involves formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on user needs and a deep understanding of business systems and industry standards.
Required Skills:12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
12 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
12 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements.
12 years of experience using MS Visio Word Excel and PowerPoint.
12 years of experience with Oracle Financials EBS and/or Cloud Suite.
12 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Subject Matter Expert in the Acquire to Retire process area.
8 years of experience with monthend and yearend closing and reconciliation in the Acquire to Retire process area.
8 years of experience providing production support for Oracle EBS or Cloud applications.
8 years of experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud in the Acquire to Retire process area.
Demonstrable experience with the Oracle Cloud ERP suite particularly in Oracle Purchasing and Payables modules.
Specific expertise with Oracle Fixed Assets and a strong understanding of Oracle Payables and/or Project Modules.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Finance Business Accounting or a related field or 10 years of equivalent education and experience.
Experience with public sector Oracle implementations.
CPA certification.
Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Gather define and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan design and implement Oracle Cloud ERP and financial system solutions.
Provide handson support for Oracle Cloud ERP applications and related systems.
Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and business goals.
Develop functional design specifications for conversions interfaces reports and extensions (C/I/R/E).
Review and provide feedback on design specifications developed by others.
Assist with data cleanup data conversion and reconciliation efforts.
Support monthend and yearend financial close activities.
Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and system functionality.
Provide enduser support and conduct training sessions.
Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist in identifying and implementing software solutions aligned with business needs.
Maintain effective communication and knowledge transfer between business and IT teams.
