We are looking for a curious Business Analyst to join the team and help scale the business alongside experienced colleagues.
About the project:
Project is a uniquely configurable cloudbased platform designed to guide and reinforce behaviors that drive results mobilize employees strategically align individuals with company values and objectives and solve an organizations everchanging business issues. The systems Activity Streams and Leaderboard allow users to see how they compare alongside others in the organization which helps businesses create a culture of recognition where individuals feel more connected to the company and their coworkers through Manager Discretionary PeertoPeer Service Anniversary & Milestones and Sales Incentive Programs
Requirements:
2 years of experience in IT business analysis and creating technical documentation.
Quick learning: ability and desire for selfeducation in a new industry in a short time.
System thinking: the ability to analyze products evaluate impact and think about risks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to talk with technical nontechnical people as well as management.
English B2 and higher: fluent communication with the clients and international team members.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the client and team needs.
Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and confidently to build trust and effective relationships with folks on both the business and technical sides.
Elicit and discuss functional and nonfunctional requirements with the stakeholders.
Analyze the existing specifications and actual solution as the source of requirements.
Present requirements to the team and provide support in grooming and testing activities.
Decompose the requirements into backlog items maintain the backlog.
Update the solution specification documentation.
Team: 3 BAs 6 InHouse DEVs 5 DEVs on customer side 6Manual QAs 1 AQA
Schedule: 5/2 8hour working day 40 hr per week).US timezone preferable at least 4 hours of overlap
