Job Description
Job Summary:
Supply Chain Resilience Specialist required to develop and implement strategies that ensure our supply chain can withstand disruptions mitigate risks and maintain business continuity. The successful candidate will analyze supply chain vulnerabilities identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build a resilient supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
and assess potential supply chain risks including supplier insolvency natural disasters and geopolitical issues.
2. Develop and implement supply chain resilience strategies including supplier diversification inventory management and contingency planning.
3. Collaborate with suppliers to assess their resilience and develop mitigation plans.
4. Analyze data to identify trends monitor supply chain performance and inform resilience strategies.
5. Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of a supply chain disruption.
6. Work with crossfunctional teams including procurement logistics and operations to ensure supply chain resilience.
7. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance supply chain resilience.
Requirements:
experience in supply chain management risk management or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
4. Ability to think strategically and develop effective resilience strategies.
5. Knowledge of supply chain management best practices risk management and business continuity planning.
