Job Description
We are looking for you if:
- You are an experienced Python Developer
- You have good databaserelated knowledge
- You are ready for intensive training during your first months on the job and want to learn a new platform (Quantexa)
- You are ready to learn Spark and Scala
- You are able to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Youll get extra points for:
- You have experience with Scala/Spark or are willing to learn them
- You have knowledge of Java or are willing to learn it
- You are interested in the area of Big Data and want to explore it
- Experience with CI/CD tools will be an advantage
- You are able to work with version control systems such as Git.
English level: B2
Your responsibilities:
- Cocreation of a new team responsible for implementing AI solutions in banking
- Ongoing communication with business partners (in English)
- Development of skills related to: Spark Scala data science and data analysis
- Development of leadership skills a chance to become a tech lead.
Information about the team:
- Newly created team responsible for implementing Quantexa solution in ING group
- Ultimately the team will consist of 12 people (Java Developers Python Developers Data Scientists)
- Cooperation with ING units from different countries.
