Job Description
Our client has partnered with a leading provider in the motor hire industry offering a wide range of vehicles for both shortterm and longterm rentals. Their goal is to provide customers with excellent service reliable vehicles and hasslefree experiences.
Role Overview
As the Engagement Manager you serve as the handson leader for deploying GenAI solutions to clients. You are the primary point of contact responsible for orchestrating the deployment from initiation to stabilization. You will manage project scope timeline budget and resources ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable impact. Youll proactively identify and mitigate risks manage stakeholder communication coordinate Tiger Team activities and ensure a smooth handover to operations all while maintaining focus on the successful implementation of the GenAI platform for the specific use case.

Requirements
- An experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects preferably clientfacing.
- 5 years in Project Management (clientfacing preferred)
- Proven experience delivering technology solutions
- Strong stakeholder & risk management skills
- Essentials: Demonstrable ownership and accountability for project outcomes (scope time budget)
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and risk mitigation skills.
- Must grasp GenAI concepts sufficiently to lead deployment discussions credibly.
- Verify experience managing crossfunctional teams.
- Proven experience in project management preferably deploying technology solutions in clientfacing environments.
- Strong ability to manage scope budget timelines and risks effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Understanding of GenAI concepts and the deployment lifecycle for AIdriven solutions.
- Proactive problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities under pressure.
- Experience coordinating crossfunctional technical and business teams.
- Ready to travel over extended periods of time to be colocated with the operations.
Core Focus: Project
The project captain responsible for delivery (time scopebudget) client relationship during deployment risk management and coordination. Needs strong organizational skills and GenAI project awareness.
