Job Description
Job Title: PPC & SEO Specialist
Location: Cape Town (Hybrid Minimum 3 days inoffice Central CBD)
Working Hours: 9AM 5PM (SA Time)
Reports to: Head of Marketing

The Role
Were looking for a handson PPC & SEO Specialist who thrives on performance marketing and is ready to take full ownership of the companys paid and organic search strategy. Youll be responsible for planning executing and optimising campaigns that drive qualified leads and improve online visibility.
This is a strategic and technical role suited to someone who enjoys working crossfunctionally experimenting with new ideas and delivering real measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- PPC (PayPerClick) Management
- Plan manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
- Conduct keyword research A/B testing audience targeting and bidding strategies
- Monitor campaign performance analyse data and provide ongoing recommendations
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient spend and high ROI
- Stay updated on platform developments and industry trends
- SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to boost organic visibility and conversions
- Perform technical audits onpage optimisation and keyword research
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements
- Execute linkbuilding and digital PR campaigns
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using GA4 Search Console SEMrush or similar tools
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 8 years of experience in SEO and PPC within fastpaced environments
- Strong academic background preferably from toptier South African universities
- Technically proficient in tools such as Google Ads Google Analytics (GA4 Google Tag Manager SEMrush Ahrefs and Search Console
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for datadriven marketing
- A selfstarter who takes ownership and executes independently
- Strategic and creative with a testandlearn approach to continuous improvement
- Committed and stable work history looking for longterm growth within a company
