Our Client is a global hospitality design and concept firm that assists clients to plan develop and implement successful F&B venues. They are seeking for a skilled Project Manager with an experience in Architect and Interior Designers.
Job Function:
Leading project teams consisting of Principal Consultant and Designer. Carrying out internal design review coordinating with project consultants (Architect Interior Designers MEP Engineers) and client. Managing deliverables submission schedule.
Job Scope:
- To effectively manage and monitor project deliverables schedules.
- To effectively communicate and coordinate with project team (Architect MEP Consultants C&S Consultants Client) on daytoday basis.
- To attend (online or physically) where necessary project consultants meetings liaisons with architects M/E consultants owners representatives and other parties as required for the successful accomplishment of project work.
- To effectively audit and review internal design documentation such as drawings documents etc.
- To effectively manage project team such as designers principal consultants and administration staff so as to fulfil job mandates.
- To effectively prepare and submit meeting minutes reports and presentations to the client and project team covering project design progress update discrepancies in design and coordination items.
- To effectively liaise with Accounts Manager on the issuance of invoices corresponding to completed deliverables and follow up on payments by clients
- To effectively manage business trips in accordance with agreements with clients and continuously keep passport validity updated.
- To effectively carry out tender evaluation exercises.
Skills & Requirement:
- Experience in working in design consultancy companies with exposure in dealing with international clients.
- Experience in Design Consultancy Project Management Consultancy or experience working in a Construction Company Experience in MEP Design Consultancy Architectural Consultancy Civil & Structural Consultancy Interior Design Consultancy or Construction Company.
- Leadership position (Project Manager or Project Director) experience is an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken communication ability in English.
- Strong analytical and mature thinking mind.
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment.
- Team player and personable.
- Able to work under demanding circumstances with quick turnaround time required.
- Good multitasking organizational interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel overseas for international project meetings and site inspections. A valid passport is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MEP Services (Plumbing Electrical Fire Protection AirConditioning & Ventilation) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Architectural Civil & Structural Interior Design is an advantage.
Education:
- Strong foundation in Logistics Industrial Engineering or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) disciplines.
- Any other related qualifications would be an added advantage.
