The Assistant Operations Director is responsible for the overall operational performance of assigned practices. Areas of responsibility include financial performance practice operations personnel management leadership development and facilitating a positive collaborative staff provider and patience experience within the department. The Assistant Operations Director will have a thorough knowledge in practice operations to closely monitor revenue cycle processes and easily identify areas of opportunity. In collaboration with department leadership this position will implement operational initiatives to improve quality efficiency and productivity as well as utilize data based root cause analysis and problem solving. The Assistant Director promotes department pride team work and collaboration by advocating for an environment that promotes high patient care standards and quality outcomes for service delivery.
Education & Experience
Baccalaureate Degree required in healthcare administration business or other related healthcare field
Masters Degree preferred
Five years of work experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting required
