Onsite (Montpelier VT) Locals Only

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies both manual and automated.
Experience with standard testing tools (e.g. Selenium QTP JIRA LoadRunner).
Basic knowledge of ERP systems specifically Workday and familiarity with integration testing.
Proven experience as a Test and QA Lead in ERP implementations (Workday preferred)
Ability to lead multiphase testing (unit integration UAT performance)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Must reside in Vermont and work onsite in Montpelier
Preferred:
ISTQB Certified Tester or equivalent certification
7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Handson with JIRA for test management)
Advanced experience in leading QA teams and processes across multiple projects.
Agile certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster Agile Testing Certification).
Direct experience with Workday ERP implementation
Experience coordinating between State vendor and transformation teams
Familiarity with public sector project environments
Specific Skills:
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g. Selenium TestNG) and performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter).
Basic knowledge of languages like Java Python or JavaScript for automation scripting.
Experience with test management tools like JIRA HP ALM or TestRail.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to solve complex issues.
Capability to create detailed test plans cases and reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in crossfunctional teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
Experience in developing and implementing QA best practices.
Test strategy creation and
JIRAbased defect and test cycle management
QA process governance and compliance reporting
Leadership of full test lifecycle and stakeholder communication
Defect triaging reporting and risk mitigation
Test metrics/dashboard creation and presentation
