We have urgent hiring for leading manufacturing Company
Designation Officer/ Sr. Officer
Location: Pune maharashtra
Responsibilities:
- Booking of collection entries from Customers Export and Domestic Issue and Booking of Debit Note / Credit Note to customers Customer Reconciliation and obtaining Balance Confirmations from Customers
- Full Export Documentation for LC and Non LC customers application for MEIS License and follow up for Duty drawback etc.
- Monthly revolarisation of export transactions
- Monthly provisions for transactions related to customers including expenses related to Export and Export freight
- Tracking and continuous follow up of customer dues and overdue.
- Preparation of Monthly Sales MIS.
- Sound knowledge of SAP SD and Finance Module)
- Monitor and preparation of Daily/Monthly cash flow & Treasury Management.
- Knowledge of Letter of credit related to Customers (Domestic and Exports) and Suppliers (Domestic and Imports) along with Documentation and necessary accounting entries.
- Submission of Monthly and Quarterly Statements to banks.
