As a Senior HR Operations Specialist you will serve as a key point of contact for employees across the AsiaPacific (APAC) region with particular emphasis on support for Japan and Australia. Your mission is to ensure timely accurate and respectful HR assistancestrengthening employee experience while helping scale our operational capabilities. This is a highly visible role that partners with HRBPs and payroll vendors leverages digital tools like Workday and ServiceNow and contributes to global process documentation and compliance. You will be an essential link in maintaining confidentiality accuracy and consistency with a strong focus on collaboration customer service and operational excellence.
Heres What Youll Do:
Your key responsibilities will be:
Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries across the APAC region and ensuring timely resolutions.
Supporting and routing escalations within our case management system (ServiceNow) email or Microsoft Teams.
Partnering with HRBPs in Japan and Australia to improve countryspecific HR processes and employee support.
Managing fortnightly payroll cycles in Australia in collaboration with external vendors.
Leading efforts in process documentation including the creation of FAQs canned responses and knowledge articles.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Identifying and closing gaps in HR process knowledge bases while contributing to the Knowledge Base Tiger Team.
Processing employee data changes and supporting Workday transactions for APAC employees.
Providing adhoc reporting support across APAC HR needs.
Communicating clearly and professionally in all formatsverbal written and digitalwhile maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Participating in additional HR Ops initiatives as assigned to continuously improve HR service delivery.

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:
BA/BS degree or equivalent is required; equivalent work experience required.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service center and/or HR case management
Understanding of payroll fundamentals and pay cycles
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Australia local labor laws and tax regulations
Ability to maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Domain expertise in Workday and ServiceNow
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships influence multiple partners and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required.
Thrive in matrix environments is flexible collaborative and deadlinedriven.
Strong organization skills with attention to detail laserfocused approach on delivery of results is required.
Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries/requests simultaneously and strong prioritization skills required.
Proven ability to take a complex business requirement and break it down into operational solutions required.
