Vacancy: RESIDENTIAL SALES MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Hitchin SG5
Salary: OTE 70k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our client a highly successful and instantly recognised Estate Agency Group is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join their professional team based at their Hitchin office.
You will already be in a similar position have previous experience managing a sales team have a great track record in residential Sales and in generating and winning instructions.
You will need to be a people motivator an effective manager a charismatic business winner and be driven to succeed. You will be determined proactive have a positive approach and familiarity with the local area.

Skills required for this Sales Manager role will include:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager
- Listing and instruction winning experience

- Full UK driving license and car owner required
- Local knowledge of the Hitchin area is preferred
