Job Description
- Preconstruction Services Support
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure systems meet operational standards.
- Plan execute and evaluate daily tasks within set timelines ensuring quality control and reporting to the relevant sponsor.
- Prepare and complete daily tasks efficiently and assist the estimating department during plan reviews.
- Define project requirements and general conditions maintaining attention to detail and administrative accuracy including daily and monthly reporting.
- Possess industry knowledge and understand system availability requirements with familiarity in VMS systems like Bosch Hikvision Avigilon and Cathexis.
- Project Administration
- Communications of issues and coordination of activities

- Accurate logbook to be kept for traveling
- Sales Administration
- Responsible for all Sales under 50k with a target of 150k per month
- Process quotations for all sales requests
- Accurate records to be kept on all sales quotes given
- Forecasting and scheduling sites
- Timelines on projects
- Weekly scheduling
- Monthly schedules
- Daily scheduling for teams
- Forecast vs. actual
- Utilization of resources
- Miscellaneous
- Perform any other workrelated duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from timetotime by management.
