Qualifications
Associate must have 35 years of contested foreclosure experience including nonjury trials depositions mediations and general litigation motion practice
Ability to handle a highvolume caseload is a must!
Experience with client systems is a plus!
Exceptional legal research and writing skills
Draft substantive motions
Ability to handle cases from inception of contested litigation issues through trial
Florida and/or Illinois Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing
3 years of contested foreclosure litigation
Responsibilities

Our Real Estate division is growing and looking for Associates to join offices in Boca Raton! Associate must have 35 years of contested foreclosure experience including nonjury trials depositions mediations and general litigation motion practice. Ability to handle a highvolume caseload is a must! Experience with client systems is a plus!
