Job Description
EHP Legal is partnering with an Am Law firm to find an experienced mid-level associate for its tax group in New York. This role involves advising clients on merger and acquisition transactions debt and financing transactions and portfolio investments; designing and implementing tax-efficient structures for joint ventures and various corporate transactions; and providing state tax planning advice.
Candidates must hold a Tax LLM and have at least 4 years of transactional tax experience in a law firm. Please note that candidates from Big 4 firms will not be considered. Our client offers a hybrid work environment requiring in-office attendance 60% of the time. The salary range for this position is $295000 to $345000.
