As a Manager for the Global Technical Services team you will lead a highperforming team of Solution Engineers dedicated to supporting our customers across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner closely with the Asia Pacific Sales and Field Engineering organization to deliver outstanding technical services that drive customer satisfaction support business growth and ensure operational efficiency. You will report to the Area Vice President Global Technical Services.
The impact you will have with us:
- Manage hiring and building the Global Technical Services team in Asia Pacific thus scaling the organization and driving efficiency.
- Build a motivated collaborative culture within a hypergrowth team to embody and promote Databricks customerobsessed teamwork and diverse culture.
- Manage the distribution and allocation of work across the team.
- Build partnerships with cross functional stakeholders across Field Engineering and Sales to position services that drive customer growth and product adoption.
- Conduct operational reviews of the teams deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and outcomes.
What we look for:
- 12 years of relevant industry experience
- A minimum of 56 years of client facing experience in Cloud and/or Data/ AI space.3 years of experience leading technical teamsin a technology or consulting organization.
- Have experience scaling and mentoring field or technical teams from scratch at hypergrowth speed.
- Knowledgeable in and passionate about datadriven decisions AI and Cloud software models.
- Great at instituting processes for technical field members to lead efficiency.
- Technical background either in Data & AI or Cloud technologies.
