Located in an awardwinning familyrun restaurant set in the heart of Surbiton as a Pastry Chef De Partie you will create a variety of pictureperfect pastries using only the finest quality ingredients. The restaurant has wonderful owners who truly appreciate and reward their team.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Pastry Chef De Partie
- 38000 to 42000 per annum
- 7 shifts per week over 5 days 2 doubles and 3 singles)
- Sunday and Monday off

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef De Partie
- Creating a selection of beautifully crafted pastry dishes to wow diners
- Exploring different flavours and techniques using the very best ingredients
- Going above and beyond to make sure all dishes are of consistently high quality
- Collaborating effectively with the rest of the brigade to ensure a smooth running service
