This role is pivotal in supporting the principal and the administrative team in the smooth running of our Summary:As the Principals Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in the administrative operations of the school ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Your duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities from processing school payments and purchase requests to coordinating substitute teachers and playing a role in student recruitment and enrollment. The ideal candidate will be a detailoriented excellent communicator who is committed to the values and mission of our Responsibilities:*Financial Administration: Process all school payments and purchase requests with accuracy and timeliness.*Substitute Coordination: Efficiently coordinate substitute teachers including scheduling and ensuring all classes are adequately staffed in the absence of regular teachers.*Student Recruitment: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families to assist in student recruitment efforts. Responsible for planning and executing enrollment nights and other recruitment activities.*Calendar Management: Manage the principals calendar scheduling appointments meetings and events to optimize time management and productivity.*PowerSchool Management: Serve as the schools PowerSchool administrator managing student information and records and ensuring staff are trained and supported in using this system.*Administrative Support: Provide general support to the administrative team assisting with a wide range of tasks to ensure the effective operation of the school office.*Parent Outreach: Conduct parent outreach efforts maintaining open and effective communication between the school and our students families.*Registrar Responsibilities: Act as the school registrar managing student enrollment transfers and recordkeeping with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.*School Communications: Support school communications ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of school news events and important information in a timely and effective manner.
