About the Role:
HOPE has been making a difference in Western Australia for over 120 years providing vital support in areas like alcohol and drug services mental health family violence and more. As a Talent Partner youll play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent who share our mission and values.
Your key responsibilities will include:
EndtoEnd Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment processfrom job posting to successful onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute strategies that attract top talent.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Promote HOPEs mission and values to attract candidates passionate about making a difference. Ensure a positive seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain effective talent pipelines ensuring diversity and alignment with our mission. Create sourcing strategies to reach diverse missiondriven candidates.
Workforce Planning & Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs role requirements and recruitment/retention challenges. Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and help shape workforce planning strategies to meet organisational goals.
Diversity & Inclusion: Support the development of recruitment strategies that promote diversity equity and inclusion (DEI). Work with community organisations universities and other networks to ensure underrepresented talent is reached.
Learning & Capability Building: Identify skills gaps and collaborate with managers and P&C to provide support in the development of talent through learning and training initiatives.
Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and challenges. Provide insights and guidance to improve recruitment processes and team performance.
What Were Looking For:
Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment with a strong understanding of talent acquisition candidate experience and employer branding.
HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of current recruitment practices trends and emerging strategies.
Inclusive Mindset: A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment that aligns with HOPEs mission and values.
Bonus Points:
Experience in community services or similar sectors.
Further experience in People & Culture or talent management roles.
Additional Information:
Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months) Working with Children Card and a current drivers license.
