Position Title: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Kansas City Missouri
Contract Type: Direact Hire
Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision guidance and prioritization to assigned team across multiple specialties and Company requirements.
- Ensures that all work performed by self or those under their supervision including subcontractors is performed in an airworthy manner and in compliance with approved technical data and has had all maintenance steps accomplished.
- Utilizes customer package to ensure proper maintenance planning and ensuring application of FAA and customer requirements.
- Supervises the maintenance preventative maintenance or alteration of or approve and return to service any aircraft or part thereof.
- Coordinates communication to Leads and crew as needed which may include aircraft safety planning and quality.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum of five 5 years recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience preferred.
- Minimum of two 2 years aircraft maintenance leadership experience preferred.
- Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
Environment:
- Based on location may be required to pass background check for SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) or AOA (Airport Operations Area) badge.
- The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate to high. May occasionally work near moving mechanical parts in high precarious places and may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. May work outside in various types of weather.
