Job Description

The American Association for Continuous Education (AACE) is an international organization dedicated to providing continuous medical education for healthcare professionals. As part of our expansion we are looking to hire for the following positions:

1. Sales Supervisor
The Medical Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales team developing sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the medical and healthcare sector. This role involves training and mentoring sales representatives managing client relationships and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of medical sales representatives providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and reach revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals hospitals and clinics to understand their needs and promote products effectively.
  • Training and Development: Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management suggesting improvements as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.





Requirements


Requirements:

- Graduates in Pharmacy Science or Health Care.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing or supervising a team.
- Experience in business development and strategy implementation.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

- Excellent analytical and planning skills with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software.


Benefits

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Working Days: 5 days a week (Friday and Saturday off).
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM.
