Our client a leading player in the hospitality industry is looking to hire a Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within their facility.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards supporting outlet managers and ensuring a seamless and consistent guest experience across all locations. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in F&B service team coordination and quality control.

- Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets
- Ensure consistent service quality food presentation and guest satisfaction
- Conduct hygiene audits and enforce food safety standards
- Manage inventory and supplier orders to maintain stock levels
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Track outlet performance and report to senior management
- Assist with promotions menu updates and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with teams to meet revenue goals and improve efficiency
- Support event coordination and execution across all outlets
Requirements
- 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in POS systems inventory tools and audit reporting
- Ability to travel between outlets and work flexible hours
