Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are looking for a commercial real estate finance lawyer to support one of our investment bank clients in London.
The client is seeking someone fulltime to be based in the office 4 days per week. This would be to start as soon as possible and would have the possibility to go permanent.
Person specification:
- At least 6 PQE
- Ideally with experience on toptier sponsor deals
- Capable of running deals independently
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
