Service Technician
Quiet Waters Landing Annapolis MD
Starting at $24/hour phone allowance
FullTime MondayFriday 8 AM 5 PM
Quiet Waters Landing is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team! Youll handle maintenance work orders perform preventative maintenance and prepare apartment homes for new residents. Were seeking someone reliable customerfocused and ready to grow in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
HVAC troubleshooting & maintenance
Plumbing repairs (strong plumbing skills preferred)
Electrical & appliance repairs
Drywall painting and carpentry
Groundskeeping & snow removal
Oncall rotation for emergency maintenance
Requirements:
35 years maintenance experience
Strong plumbing electrical or carpentry skills
HVAC certification preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license & reliable vehicle
Availability for rotating oncall shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays)
