We re now hiring full-time Behavioral Technicians in Richmond VA. This is a great opportunity for students recent grads or anyone looking for a rewarding hands-on role in a growing healthcare setting.
What Youll Do:
- Work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Assist with teaching communication social play and daily living skills
- Record progress and complete detailed session notes after each appointment
- Collaborate with a team of skilled clinicians who will support your growth and learning

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for working with children
- Dependable and eager to learn
- No previous experience needed we provide full training
Proof of high school diploma or transcripts. A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record and your own reliable vehicle. An unstoppable passion for excellence and an unquestionable commitment to those we serve. Must be able to react quickly and respond to sudden movements of the client Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the work day Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor throughout the work day or for an extended period of time. Must be able to quickly move short distances (up to 100 ft) to engage with the client. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Willingness to commute to and from client homes and or clinics within 30 mins in each direction to provide services
