Job Description

LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE GUIDANCE COUNSELOR WEST SPRINGFIELD MIDDLE SCHOOLDuties:Facilitating SchedulingAddressing student academic and social needs and providing corresponding guidance curriculumCoordinating parent conferences and Grade 5 orientationFacilitating standardized other duties assigned by the PrincipalQualifications:*Masters Degree from an accredited institution preferred*Massachusetts Guidance Counselor Certification required.*Demonstrated proficiency in guidance skills*Previous guidance experience : $125.00/day to $153.00/day(DESE certified)Position expected to begin August 25 2025 and end approximately November 2025.
