Job Overview

The Storefront Manager is responsible for performing dayto day managerial duties and on a professional level and works closely with the storefront personnel / leads / supervisors. This positions predominantly carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: manages the staff of the retail store and the storefront processes.

This is a fulltime position with daytime hours. Some nonstandard work shifts may be required.
Our customer service is second to none in our industry. To ensure that level of customer service continues to grow this role is particularly customercentric.


Responsibilities and Duties

This person will communicate with customers to perform the following:
  • Provides support to and manages the storefront team and processes
  • Knowledge resource for other employees
  • Ensures that customers are serviced according to Primary Arms customer service standards
  • Ensures that service is quick and efficient
  • Recommends improvements to processes
  • Processes orders
  • Answers questions about our products
  • Counts cash drawers
  • Manages cleaning the store
  • Prepares 4473 tablets
  • Opens new spreadsheet for storefront dispositions
  • Inputs all 4473s into the corresponding disposition folder
  • Check through Delay information for updates in NICS
  • Send Over 10 Days emails
  • Ensures that personnel are actively working
  • Ensures that the breaks and lunch rotation is adhered to
  • Process Employee orders
  • Count down all cash drawers and ensure that discrepancies are recorded and reported
  • Put cash in deposit bag
  • Ensures cash drawer count sheets are completed and placed with deposits
  • Ensures deposit slips are placed in the deposit bag
  • Ensures the shredder box is emptied
  • Ensures that door key pad is locked in safe
  • Ensures that the main door is locked and secured
  • Prints storefront dispositions
  • Ensures all receipts are put into the safe with the cash drawers
  • Ensures all 4473s are placed on his/her desk
  • Reviews all 4473s for errors
  • Updates the 4473 error tracker
  • Emails 4473 error tracker to COO Director of Operations and Compliance Director
  • Ensures training is up to date for team
  • Inputs all 4473 into the corresponding disposition folder
  • Turns off all display optics
  • Ensures that both parts bins under the counter are empty
  • Ensures all bags and miscellaneous items are stocked
  • Ensures cleaning supplies are stocked
  • Ensures there is change in the cash box
  • Updates Store Front Revenue Tracker and emails to COO and Director of Operations
  • Ensures that scheduling is completed
  • Verifies time off for personnel; inputs information in calendar and submits documentation to the Director of Operations
  • Perform other related duties as needed within the Primary Arms team
