Summary:

The Executive Director RCM Business Development is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth and cultivating deep consultative partnerships with new clients to develop new revenue cycle management (RCM) business. This leader will go beyond traditional sales engaging clients as a trusted advisor to codevelop tailored RCM solutions that optimize financial performance. By integrating business development client strategy and sales operations this role will shape and execute gotomarket strategies that drive new client relationships expand market presence and align closely with the organizations financial and operational goals. The role will support leadership in developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth and streamline sales operations within the revenue cycle management domain. This leader will independently and in partnership with leadership drive sales and organic growth towards achieving ambitious revenue targets fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the seamless integration of sales processes with financial objectives. The role demands a dynamic resultsoriented professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of success in sales management.
