- Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings ensuring compliance with policies.
- Handle internal and external client interactions and department scheduling.
- Collaborate with business management and key stakeholders across lines of business.
- Utilize internal systems for data entry reporting and information collation.
- Oversee distribution lists technology usage and administrative tasks.

- Partner with assistants across lines of business for coverage as needed.
