Job Description
Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite
What You will do:
- Execute a robust talent strategy attracting developing retaining and engaging top talent.Drive positive outcomes in technical business and personnel challenges.
- Lead and manage the CAD and PLM functions ensuring operational projectlevel decisions with guidance where needed.
- Utilize strong communication skills to influence and convey business regulatory and technical ideas a culture of diversity inclusion and belonging within the team.
- Lead projects and initiatives within the business unit overseeing planning budgeting and staffing.Support and mentor team members in crossfunctional collaboration ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Proactively drive positive outcomes to technical business and personnel decisions under guidance for projectlevel strong listening skills and written / verbal communication to influence and convey business regulatory compliance and/or technical ideas to customers employees peers external partners and senior leaders.
- Support a culture of diversity inclusion and belonging at a team level in hiring and staff projects and initiatives within the business unit with responsibility for planning budgeting meeting project goals and adequately staffing with talent.
- Support and mentor others in complex cooperative efforts across crossfunctional teams influencing ones own technical areas of expertise and building key relationships to drive innovation and ensure achievement of business goals.
Business Responsibilities: - Drive functional and financial accountability across direct team. Participate in cost center budget creation projections and tracking and execute customer functional strategy set for the group abd drive excellence to enable product launch and business continuity.
- Med Device Compliance:
- Lead a team and crossfunctional counterparts to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for a specific project/ and set example for others on procedures and design controls.
Review and approve (or delegate) program / project specific technical documentation and deliverables.
What You Need:
- Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor of Engineering or higher in Engineering or applicable technical field( Mechanical/Industrial production/Mechatronics & Automation/Biomedical Engineering)
10 years applicable experience with 4 years direct people management experience preferred. - Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):Technical Skills:
Good level of understanding of experience in and ability to mentor in ones own technical / functional disciplines.
Leadership Experience:
Talented performance coach who is skilled at providing actionable feedback to team members setting clear performance objectives and managing team member performance. General knowledge of the healthcare market and competitors.
Experience executing a talent and performance management strategy.
Demonstrated ability to communicate plans and technical information to team members within a business ability to deliver programs or other business goals on time on quality and within budget.
