Job Description
As an Intake Specialist with Talk To Me Technologies youll be a crucial member of our ttmt360 team ensuring the families we work with can stay focused on the ability to communicate again or for the very first time with the help of our technology. You will spend time learning about our speechgenerating devices and the ttmt360 Service and Support process so you can:
- Receive and enter all paperwork into our customer relationship management software.
- Communicate and correspond with other team members regarding clarification as needed.
- Closely monitor the status of orders notifying staff members as needed to activate the next steps in order fulfillment.
In Depth Training will be provided!
The right person for this role is able to work independently and communicate clearly. If you love being part of a team but can be content working independently this might be the position for you!
Key Skills:
- Detail oriented
- Experience operating within multiple internet browsers and computer programs at the same time
- Superior verbal and written communication
- Ability to stayontrack and meet deadlines
