Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Manager
About the Role:
As a Salesforce Health Cloud Manager you will manage the design development and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for clients in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with stakeholders managing teams and leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities to address client needs. This role combines technical expertise with operational management to drive effective project and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Management & Delivery
Support the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that align with client requirements.
Assist in gathering and analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable technical specifications.
Oversee the customization and integration of Salesforce Health Cloud components including care management patient journeys and data integration with EHR/EMR systems.
Maintain solution documentation workflows and system configurations to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including healthcare providers and technical teams to ensure project success.
Provide recommendations to clients on optimizing Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities to enhance business outcomes.
Address challenges proactively and ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
Team Leadership & Management
Supervise and guide project teams including developers consultants and analysts to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
Monitor resource allocation and team performance to meet project goals.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Ensure solutions adhere to healthcare industry regulations (e.g. HIPAA GDPR) and organizational security standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery and solution implementation.
Innovation & Improvement
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on Salesforce updates healthcare trends and emerging technologies.
Support leadership in developing innovative solutions and enhancing project methodologies.
Participate in presales activities including RFP responses and client presentations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience & Skills
79 years of experience in Salesforce solutions with at least 3 years working with Salesforce Health Cloud in the healthcare domain.
Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating teams for Salesforcebased healthcare implementations.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows patient data management and regulatory compliance (e.g. HIPAA GDPR).
Familiarity with Salesforce platform features including Lightning Apex Flow Visualforce and APIs.
Experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio (e.g. OmniScripts DataRaptors Integration Procedures) is a plus.
Knowledge of tools like Power BI Tableau or Google Charts for reporting and analytics is desirable.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Administrator are preferred.
Leadership & Communication
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience in managing teams fostering collaboration and providing guidance to ensure project success.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
