An Account Coordinator is a trustworthy part of the equation providing superior customer service through a variety of deliverables and support to the account team. What Youll Do
- Function as a support team member to a group of Account Executives whose role it is to communicate our digital products to our clients.
- Setting up meetings and completing reports and documents for Account Executives ahead of their calls with clients.
- Be a goto advocate for what we do with the ability to explain basic advertising digital media and marketing concepts.
- Provide professional informed and timely responses to internal and external contacts.
- Establish customer rapport building trust and maintaining long term relationships.
- In the role you will receive initial onboarding and ongoing product training including your Google Ads Certifications to become a knowledgeable consultant in all things digital.
- Be part of a team that rewards and values professionalism collaboration success and teamwork.
- Special project support for account growth as needed.

- A capable coordinator with 12 years experience in a business setting. Experience in advertising marketing or customers service is a plus!
- A demonstrated leader who can convey important ideas to any audience through speaking and writing.
- A problemsolver who can handle a day full of multitasking ensuring tasks and processes are implemented with thoughtful precision.
- Someone who is selfmotivated matches the energy of our team and always has an eye for clients needs.
- A Bachelors Degree holder with top tech abilities especially Excel and CRM platforms.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contractspecific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range for this position is starting at $40000 to $50000 . The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DACs total compensation package for employees.
